The reality is that most people are not just suffering from one of these six irrefutable laws of health, but rather they are combating multiple issues. If you understand these six, you can identify where your problems are coming from and, more importantly, how to fix them.
Six Irrefutable Laws of Health
Nutrient Deficiency
Your body is like a high-performance car. If you put low quality fuel in it, or not enough fuel, it’s not going run the way it was designed. Your body is fueled by the food you feed it. The food your body needs includes specific nutrients, vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and healthy fats. These foods help to repair the body, cause hormones to function properly, and create energy. When we are nutrient-deficient we don’t absorb nutrients well. Then we struggle with fatigue, brain fog, hormone issues, and weight that won’t come off. So, if we don’t give our body the right fuel, we can expect performance issues.
Toxicities
Think about driving a car with the emergency brake on. You can press the gas all you want, but the car won’t move the way it should. And you’ll burn the engine out trying. That’s what toxins do. Toxins like heavy metals, mold, chemicals, plastics, and pesticides interfere with hormones, damage cells, and create inflammation. So, not only do you need to eat well, but you also need to eliminate toxins that your body is holding onto.
Infections
Infections are like a slow battery drain in your car. Nothing obvious is wrong, but something in the system is quietly pulling energy. Then, over time, the battery dies. That’s what chronic infections do. Infections that are bacterial, viral, fungal, or parasitic, are often low-grade and under the surface. Your immune system is constantly fighting, which drains energy and increases inflammation. This is why people feel run down, foggy, achy, and can’t quite figure out why. If your body is always fighting something, it cannot fully focus on healing you.
Chronic Stress
Imagine running your car with the RPMs maxed out all the time. Eventually, something will break. That’s what stress does to the body. Whether it’s emotional, mental, financial, or physical, the body responds the same way. When cortisol soars, hormones get disrupted, inflammation increases, sleep suffers, weight rises, and blood pressure climbs. If your body is always in stress mode, it never has a chance to get into healing mode. Basically, you cannot out diet or out supplement chronic stress.
Subluxations
Envision your nervous system like the wiring in a house. You can have perfect electricity at the source, but if the wiring is damaged, things won’t work right. The lights will flicker and the appliances will malfunction. Not because they’re broken, but because the signal isn’t getting through. This is what happens when there’s interference in the nervous system. Remember, your brain controls everything. If communication is disrupted, your body cannot function at a high level.
Relationship with Jesus Christ
Consider this the most important of the six. Visualize a finished building that looks incredible on the outside, but the foundation is bad. Eventually, things will start to fall apart. We are not just physical beings, rather we are body, mind, and spirit. It is possible to improve your physical health, but miss out on the spiritual relationship with God available through Jesus Christ. This life is temporary. Mark 8:36 (KJV) says: “For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?” True health includes peace, purpose, and eternal perspective. That only comes through a relationship with Jesus.
How many of the six irrefutable laws of health are you dealing with?
Most people are dealing with multiple issues at the same time. Each of us must identify what these factors are for us, then remove the interference and allow the body to heal. It may be something small or significant, but identifying and addressing these areas early will give you the best chance to stay healthy and live at your full potential.
