  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 1 lb. organic chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces

  • 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Aminos or Tamari (gluten-free soy sauce)

  • Pink Himalayan salt and ground pepper, to taste

Directions:

1. Sauté the Onion:
